Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. Amazon WorkSpaces Personal, WorkSpaces Applications, and WorkSpaces Core, make up the AWS managed service platform for Agentic Workspaces based in the Amazon cloud. This suite enables customers to choose the optimal desktop, or application streaming service for their specific needs, enabling workers to be productive from any supported device, while maintaining a strong security posture, improving agility, and reducing cost. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing business that promises to be unique in the web services arena. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. Key job responsibilities - Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory through value-based selling, business case development, and ROI analysis - Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets - Develop and execute against a territory plan with guidance from senior team members - Engage appropriate resources such as Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Partners to support the sales process - Articulate compelling value propositions around the use of AWS Agentic Workspaces solutions - Accelerate customer adoption through proactive outreach and pipeline development - Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline of opportunities - Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption - Close new business and add-on business; develop referrals and references by building relationships with key accounts - Coordinate and participate in regional team meetings for education and product strategies - Expect moderate travel About the team Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences.
