As an Enterprise Sales Leader for Financial Services you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of a cloud computing in one of Canada's largest industries. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise financial services accounts within the local geography. The ideal candidate will have both a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as a technical understanding that enables them to easily interact with producers, engineers, and architects. They should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. You should also be a self-starter who is prepared to own, define, develop and execute an industry plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets. Key job responsibilities • Drive revenue growth and market share across Canada’s Financial Services sector • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and performance targets • Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales plan aligned to FSI customer priorities • Accelerate adoption of AWS services while addressing regulatory, compliance, and security requirements • Maintain a healthy, forward-looking pipeline and execute with operational rigor • Partner with AWS solution teams, legal, and compliance stakeholders to support customer journeys • Lead contract negotiations for complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Build long-term strategic relationships with senior leaders at Canada’s top financial institutions • Champion customer satisfaction and act as the voice of the customer within AWS • Support AWS operating cadences and provide executive-level business updates • Travel moderately to support key customer engagements and internal AWS events
