Somos una reconocida empresa multinacional y actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona que le apasionen las finanzas: Su misión es garantizar el control financiero integral de los proyectos asignados mediante el seguimiento permanente de costos, ingresos, rentabilidad, flujo de caja y cumplimiento presupuestal. Principales responsabilidades: • Consolidar presupuestos, incluyendo planes descendentes y ascendentes, y proceder con planificaciones rotativas a medio plazo y pronósticos periódicos durante el año. • Realizar comparaciones entre lo real y lo planificado, y evaluar los efectos de las medidas acordadas. • Analizar y evaluar las estructuras de costos, y desarrollar, mantener y mejorar el sistema de contabilidad de costos correspondiente. • Proporcionar informes financieros periódicos sobre el rendimiento general y recomendar acciones a la gerencia responsable. • Realizar análisis ad hoc y cálculos de rentabilidad. • Contribuir al trabajo conceptual y de proyecto relacionado con el control. • Realizar evaluaciones de activos y pasivos, y gestionar las medidas de inventario periódicamente. Cualidades: Profesional en Finanzas, Economía, Contaduría, Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines. Deseable posgrado en áreas afines. Deseable: Nivel de ingles B1 Experiencia: 2 o 3 años de experiencia como controlador financiero, en áreas financieras o cargos afines Horarios: Lunes a viernes

They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
