Ideal: Conocimiento de taxonomías, metadatos, tipologías documentales, expedientes, versiones, retención y ciclo de vida Se requiere: Manejo avanzado de Excel; capacidad para analizar inventarios masivos, detectar duplicidades, campos incompletos y excepciones Se necesita capacidad analítica, porque tendrá que trabajar con grandes inventarios; capacidad de entrevista, porque buena parte de las reglas documentales están en conocimiento tácito de los usuarios; orientación al detalle, porque un error de mapping puede afectar miles de documentos; y capacidad de traducir negocio a especificaciones,porque debe convertir frases como “estos contratos deben quedar asociados al cliente” en atributos, relaciones y reglas concretas para FileNet.
