Funciones: -Seguimiento y análisis mensual de variaciones presupuestarias asegurando su alineación con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio. -Confección mensual de Forecast (estimación año). -Monitorear y controlar gastos, asegurando el cumplimiento presupuestario y la correcta asignación de costos (a través de SAP). -Preparar cierres mensuales, reportes ejecutivos e información para comités -Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua que permitan optimizar procesos, controles y generación de valor para el negocio. Requisitos: Mínimo 2-3 años de experiencia en áreas de FP&A, control de gestión o relacionadas. Excel avanzado. Experiencia en ERP SAP. Contar con Título profesional de Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en Información y Control de Gestión o carrera afín. Condiciones Laborales: Contrato de trabajo por empresa externa.
