Principales funciones: - Supervisar pesaje y preparación de materias primas para pruebas internas. - Calcular tablas nutricionales y validar aportes conforme a normativa vigente. - Elaborar y revisar fichas técnicas y etiquetado. - Preparar, rotular y registrar muestras internas y externas, manteniendo contramuestras. - Mantener actualizados registros técnicos y asegurar la trazabilidad de cada desarrollo. - Validar materias primas recibidas (densidad, color y olor). - Gestionar solicitudes enviadas por ventas y dar seguimiento hasta su cierre. - Coordinar con producción, calidad, logística y abastecimiento la disponibilidad de insumos. - Elaborar informes técnicos y reportar avances a jefatura. - Mantener el orden físico y digital del área de desarrollo. - Apoyar técnicamente a producción cuando sea requerido. - Participar en auditorías aportando información técnica del área. Requisitos del Cargo: - Titulado de Tecnóloga en alimentos o carreras afines. - Experiencia en industrias de alimentos. - Conocimiento base en formulación de alimentos y/o suplementación. - Conocimiento de Excel nivel intermedio. Habilidades: - Alta capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación. - Orden, proactividad y buena comunicación. - Atención al detalle y criterio técnico. - Disposición a trabajar de forma colaborativa.
