Finance Manager

A well-established business is seeking to appoint a Finance Manager Oversee and manage the provision of finance, budget preparation and monitoring, asset management and supply chain management services. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: BCom Degree Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification. Professional Membership/Associations (SAICA, SAIPA) is advantageous. Completed 3 years Articles. 5 years of financial management experience. Required Technical Skills, Competencies and Attributes: Financial management tools. Professional continuous accounting updates (keep up to date with accounting practices). National Treasury regulations and guidelines. Knowledge of financial management frameworks. Knowledge of PFMA, IFRS, TR, GRAP, Income Tax Act and other statutory requirements. Knowledge of supply chain management framework. Knowledge of Accounting Systems. General knowledge of broader political, economic and social environment. Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Financial Management Corporate Governance Payroll Presentation Supplier management Project management Financial strategy Strategic capability Staff management and empowerment Planning Organisational skills Ability to work in a pressurised environment to meet deadlines.
