Reverside is an established IT services provider delivering Software Development, IT Resourcing, Digital Transformation, and Systems Support solutions. We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to join the Identity & Access Platforms team. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, securing, and operating identity governance and access management platforms across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Active Directory and identity platforms. Implement and maintain authentication protocols including SAML and OpenID Connect. Support identity providers such as Keycloak and Entra ID. Ensure secure integration and operation of identity services. Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access-related issues. Implement IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and least-privilege principles. Apply JIT/JEA practices to strengthen identity security. Collaborate with technical and security teams to support business objectives. Support hybrid infrastructure, cloud platforms, and operating systems. Qualifications & Experience Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology. 5+ years’ experience in Active Directory administration and support. Strong knowledge of IAM and authentication protocols. Experience with SAML and OpenID Connect. Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals. Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Keycloak experience is advantageous. Entra ID experience is advantageous. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
