Identify opportunities to improve supply chain and warehouse processes. Minimum Requirements Matric / Grade 12 – Essential. B.Eng / B.Tech Industrial Engineering Degree or similar NQF Level 7 qualification or higher – Essential. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel. Advanced Excel and intermediate AutoCAD skills. Must be willing to learn and gain experience within the logistics industry. Must be willing to promote and adopt Lean / Continuous Improvement (CIP) methodologies. Project Management skills. Ability to analyse and improve supply chain processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. High work rate with a strong focus on quality. Ability and willingness to train employees across different levels of the organisation. Willingness to travel within South Africa when required. Additional Computer Skills Experience or knowledge of the following will be advantageous: MS Visio MS Project Data Analytics AutoCAD / Autodesk Inventor Power BI Syspro Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
