Advanced Contractual Expertise: Mastery of FIDIC formats (specifically Silver and Red books), as well as experience navigating DAB procedures, claims, and arbitration. Strategic Procurement Capability: A proven track record of developing complex contracting strategies (EPC, PC, Construct Only, Sustaining CapEx), leading high-value tenders, and executing large-scale negotiations.
