A leading company within the Audio Visual and Business Communications industry is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join their sales and distribution team. The role will focus on sales and business development within the corporate and university AV integration markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, providing technical product guidance and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop strong client relationships. Act as the key point of contact for client enquiries, orders, training and after-sales support. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Manage CRM records and provide regular sales reporting. Conduct client site visits, inspections and product demonstrations. Provide guidance on AV solutions, DSP configurations and control systems. Support and deliver product training initiatives. Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth. Participate in industry events, demonstrations and training sessions. Work closely with internal teams and industry partners to deliver effective AV solutions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Requirements Minimum Matric / Grade 12 . 3–8 years' sales experience , preferably within the AV industry. Proven experience in technical sales within the Audio Visual industry . Strong AV product and industry knowledge. Experience working with integrators and corporate or educational clients. Understanding of DSP configurations and control systems is advantageous. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce. Strong business development and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to understand client needs. Professional written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office. SAP experience is advantageous. Valid driver's licence. Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel.
