Technical Manager - Electronic Security Area: Honeydew, Roodepoort. Gauteng. Salary package: Basic Salary: R27000 negotiable, plus Provident Fund, Medical Aid, 13th Cheque and Discretionary Performance Bonus Overview: To lead and manage a technical security installation team on a national basis. Duties: Lead and manage a national team of technicians to ensure efficient service delivery. Oversee installations, maintenance, repairs, and technical projects nationwide. Provide technical support, coaching, and performance management to technicians. Manage customer escalations and resolve complex technical issues. Monitor stock control, technician productivity, and operational performance. Prepare payroll inputs, performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 7 Years Relevant Technical Experience (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms etc.) Min 2 Years Supervisory / Management experience Experience working with Microsoft Packages, especially Excel Experience working with stock and management thereof Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Desired Skills: Electronic Security CCTV Access Control Alarms Manage technicians Technical Support Stock Control Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Desired Qualification Level: Grade 12 / Matric About The Employer: Technical Manager - Electronic Security Area: Honeydew, Roodepoort.
