Area Manager

A dynamic organisation is seeking to employ a Area / Service Manager with 5 years of managerial experience within mining environment in the Northern Cape Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification Electrical Trade Test Minimum 5 years' management experience within the mining industry Valid driver's licence, own transport, and own accommodation Based in the Northern Cape MS Office / Computer literate Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, service delivery, and SLA performance Monitor SLA performance and drive corrective action where targets are at risk Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams while managing performance and disciplinary processes Allocate resources, coordinate work, and ensure effective communication across departments Build and maintain strong client relationships and attend client meetings Ensure compliance with mining, health and safety, labour, and environmental legislation Monitor operational performance, prepare management reports, and implement corrective actions where required.
