Lead Door Installer

An established specialist installation company is seeking an experienced Lead Door Installer to join its growing team in Pretoria East. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong technical installation skills and the ability to lead a small team while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a small installation team. Install a variety of door systems, including: Hinged Doors Pivot Doors Sliding Doors Frameless Glass Doors Wooden Doors Custom Door Systems Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard. Interpret measurements and installation drawings accurately. Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders on-site. Coordinate installation activities and resolve site-related challenges efficiently. Maintain a safe, organised, and clean work environment. Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards. Minimum Requirements Matric Certificate Proven experience in door installation, particularly wooden door systems Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license and own reliable transport Must be physically capable of performing installation duties, including lifting, carrying and fitting doors and related products Must adhere to all site health and safety requirements Must reside in the eastern suburbs of Pretoria or surrounding areas Reliable and dependable Professional and client-focused Results-driven with strong organisational skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing site requirements Strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality work Desired Skills: Installer Door Systems Wooden Door Installation
