Proven ability to coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractors and suppliers, priorities urgent repairs and maintain equipment to high standards of safety, reliability and performance. Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities, with experience managing maintenance schedules, procurement requirements, stock control, documentation and operational priorities. Skilled in identifying electrical faults, coordinating repairs, maintaining preventative maintenance programmers and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and workplace standards. Well suited to a hands-on Maintenance Manager role within a premium hospitality, agricultural or estate environment. Obtaining quotations, sourcing maintenance materials and coordinating procurement requirements. Monitoring stock levels of electrical components, tools, consumables and maintenance supplies. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections and equipment servicing. Supporting maintenance projects from initial planning through to completion and handover. Ensuring maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and according to required standards. Coordinating repairs and maintenance across buildings, facilities, equipment and operational areas. Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and urgent maintenance requirements. Identifying recurring faults and implementing preventative measures to minimise future breakdowns. Maintaining strong communication with management, contractors, suppliers and operational teams. Supporting compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and applicable electrical standards. Monitoring contractor performance, work quality, timelines and completion of maintenance tasks. Assisting with maintenance budgeting, cost control and expenditure monitoring.
