Kwena Human Capital, a leading recruitment company, is currently seeking to hire an Administrator to join our Music business to be based in Table View, Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the music and entertainment industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with artists, events, and live productions. If you have a passion for music, exceptional organisational skills, and enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts, we'd love to hear from you. Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 3 years' experience within the music, entertainment, or live events industry Previous experience in artist management, event coordination, or entertainment administration Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Valid driver's licence and own vehicle will be advantageous Must reside in Table View or the surrounding area Main duties will include, but are not limited to: Coordinate music artist schedules, bookings, and day-to-day administration Liaise with music artists, clients, venues, suppliers, and service providers Assist with planning and coordinating live performances, events, and shows Manage logistics, travel arrangements, and accommodation where required Prepare quotations, invoices, and general administrative documentation Coordinate transport and manage drivers for events and performances Ensure music and performance equipment requirements are arranged and communicated effectively Maintain accurate records, contracts, and event documentation Provide administrative support before, during, and after events Assist with general office administration and operational support Suitable candidates can send their updated CV to [Email Address Removed] for immediate consideration.
