Our client is looking to employ a highly organised Logistics / Finance Co-ordinator RESPONSIBILITIES Logistics Coordinate local and national deliveries and collections. Schedule transport and liaise with transport providers and suppliers. Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues. Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records. Prepare delivery documentation and logistics reports. Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements. Finance Process supplier invoices and customer payments. Accurately capture financial transactions on Sage Accounting. Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes. Maintain organised and accurate financial records. Support budgeting, reporting, and general financial administration. Administration Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel. Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Update and maintain databases and operational records. Provide administrative support to management and operations teams. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric (Grade 12). Qualification in Finance, / Accounting / Logistics / Supply Chain, or a related field advantageous. Minimum 3 years' experience in a Logistics / Finance / Coordination role. Proven experience working on Sage Accounting (essential). Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Excellent organisational, planning, and time management abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
