Senior Foreman

An exciting opportunity exists for an accomplished Senior Foreman to join our client's construction division in Knysna. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing site activities, driving productivity, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate construction teams on site. Plan and monitor daily work programmes. Ensure projects comply with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Manage material usage and site resources effectively. Review project drawings and BOQs to support successful execution. Maintain strong health, safety, and environmental compliance. Liaise with project management and subcontractors to resolve site issues. Assist with planning and preventative maintenance activities where applicable. Requirements At least 8 years' construction experience in a supervisory capacity. Demonstrated experience across building projects, civil works, renovations, and facilities maintenance. Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials. Working knowledge of BOQs and allowable rates. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
