Sales & Customer Relationship Management Drive sales growth across existing and dormant customer accounts Proactively follow up quotations, enquiries, and sales opportunities Convert opportunities into profitable sales Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, responsive, and professional engagement across email, phone, and WhatsApp Advise customers on suitable product solutions, applications, and basic technical/compatibility requirements Monitor competitor activity and identify market opportunities Quoting & Order Processing Manage customer quotations across all channels, ensuring accuracy, timely turnaround, and consistent follow-up to maximise conversion Capture, update, and convert quotations into sales orders on the ERP system Process sales orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing, quantities, discounts, and delivery details Support pricing decisions to remain competitive while maintaining target margins Manage invoicing, including partial invoicing, updates to sales orders, credit notes, and goods returns Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation, including sales records, invoices, and proof of deliveries (PODs) Order Fulfilment, Stock & Logistics Coordinate with procurement, stores, and workshop teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment Monitor order progress, provide regular customer updates, and proactively resolve delays or order-related issues Oversee stock-related activities, including stock control, transfers, adjustments, and resolving discrepancies Ensure orders are completed in stores and coordinate collections and deliveries with drivers and logistics teams Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), including handling stock issued without BOMs Create and maintain system data, including part numbers, kits, and related master data Support procurement activities, including purchase order authorisation and coordination with suppliers Manage local and international logistics, including arranging imports and exports with suppliers and customers Prepare and coordinate supplier-specific orders, including with international principals (e.g. Italy-based suppliers) General Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements Assist with administrative and operational support tasks, including overtime capturing and internal coordination. Minimum Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) - essential Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics - advantageous Training or certification in ERP systems (e.g. Acumatica) or inventory management - beneficial Minimum Experience 3-5 years' experience in internal sales, technical sales, customer service, or sales administration within a manufacturing, distribution, or technical environment Proven track record of growing sales, converting opportunities, and managing quoting, order processing, invoicing, and order fulfilment Strong working knowledge of company products and applications, with specific experience or the ability to quickly develop in-depth understanding of Hose Reels, Piusi and Ecodora product ranges, or similar fluid management and lubrication equipment Ability to confidently advise customers on product selection, compatibility, and basic technical requirements Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Acumatica) for managing quotes, sales orders, stock, and invoicing Exposure to stock control, procurement coordination, and logistics (including imports/exports) Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships, including proactive follow-ups and resolving queries or issues Desired Skills: ERP Systems Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Desired Qualification Level: Grade 12 / Matric
