Our client is looking to employ as Designated Agent Paarl RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct site visits, inspections, and compliance audits Manage case investigations /prepare assessments for claims Issue compliance orders when required Facilitate mediations and conciliations related to industry agreement compliance Provide education and training on labour conditions and collective agreements Document, capture, and maintain accurate records on relevant systems Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective case management MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric / Grade 12 Relevant Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management / Human Resources is a must!
