A leading national retail and supply chain business is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its dynamic HR team. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. ? 5+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior generalist HR role. ? Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the BCEA, LRA, EEA, and Skills Development Act. ? Experience supporting multiple business units within a retail, FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, or operational environment. ? Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and change management. ? Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. ? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. ? Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems. ? Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
