Role Purpose: The Snr Sales Account Manager will be responsible act as a point of contact for their clients and supporting the business in penetrating and expanding within a specific sector. Core Deliverables (Primary Function): through a 90-day sales cycle with a 120- Industry Penetration: Utilise your industry experience to develop and execute strategies for accessing and expanding in a specific industry. Providing business, technical, and product knowledge in support of presales activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Satisfaction Efficiencies: Work closely with operations to streamline. processes, ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies. increasing overall operational efficiency. Address product related questions and technical challenges, while ensuring smooth sales strategy execution. Development and execution of new solution strategies to build new offerings with customers. Sales Target Achievement: Accurate forecasting of the week, month, quarter, and FY, leveraging Zoho and its capabilities to drive and achieve sales and profit Drives a sales process day pipeline view Regularly report on sales progress, market trends, and operational performance to the Sales Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver value to clients and stakeholders Effectively working with other internal organizations (e.g. sales, customer experience, Finance, Supply Chain) to drive customer requirements needed to achieve customer and business outcomes Inspires customers by confidently articulating the company's IT's strategy, technology vision and business relevance Build relationships with decision makers, business contacts, and influencers Educate clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can contribute to their business growth Functional Skills and Knowledge: Business Acumen Concept presentation SaaS and EaaS solutions knowledge Go to market and distribution channel models.
