Responsabilidades: Monitorear y evaluar el cupo de llamadas mensual establecido. Retroalimentar a los ejecutivos con datos objetivos. Detectar y alertar errores críticos inmediatamente. Calibrar criterios de evaluación con jefatura. Validar notas de crédito y traslados. Resolver solicitudes de Back Office en los tiempos establecidos. Auditar transacciones antes de aprobación final. Escalar incidencias en pagos o facturación. Requisitos: Estudios técnicos / universitarios en curso o culminados en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencias de la Comunicación. Manejo de office nivel intermedio Experiencia 2 - 3 años en el puesto con campañas de atención al cliente, retenciones o facturación. Manejo de Five9 y Yeastar(o sistemas de telefonía Cloud similares). Capacidad para interpretar dashboards y reportes en Power BI. Beneficios: Ingreso a planilla completa.
