Believe is expanding our operations in the Dominican Republic. Building on our established offices in Bonao and La Vega, we are opening in Santiago and Santo Domingo and are seeking driven, in-person Sales Representatives to join those new teams. This role is focused on converting inbound and outbound leads into funded deals by generating applications, submitting files, and closing approved opportunities across a variety of financial products, including Revenue-Based Financing (RBF). This is not a job opportunity, but a CAREER opportunity! Key Responsibilities Work both inbound leads provided by the company and outbound prospecting to generate new business Engage and qualify leads across both channels Generate applications and submit complete funding files Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through funding Close approved deals across multiple financial products (RBF, working capital, term loans, etc.) Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management within the CRM Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to ensure efficient deal flow Compensation & Growth Industry-leading salary and commission structure Clear, merit-based path for advancement as Believe expands across the region Ongoing training and professional development Qualifications Strong sales and closing ability (financial services or sales experience preferred) Fluent Spanish and intermediate English (minimum) Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person sales environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Basic computer skills Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset Why BELIEVE Join an international brand with offices in Bonao, La Vega, and Lauderhill, Florida — and growing Tremendous growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding platform Access to high-quality inbound leads, with full support for outbound efforts Exposure to a diverse set of financial products Collaborative, performance-driven team environment Note: This is a fully in-person role based in Santiago.
