Regional Sales Consultor– Logistics Services Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, México Employment Type: Full-time with superior benefits Job Summary As a Regional Sales Consultor, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth in strategic markets within Mexico by generating revenue through new customer acquisition and the reactivation of previous business relationships. You will oversee the end-to-end customer experience, acting as a key liaison between internal departments and the client to ensure agile, effective service that aligns with business needs. Additionally, you will monitor sales targets, participate in regular performance review meetings, and propose improvement strategies. Your role will also be essential in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, contributing ideas with a professional and commercial focus. This position focuses strongly on logistics services, including both company-owned asset-based services and brokerage. Key Responsibilities Generate sales revenue through new client acquisition and reactivation of previous clients whose business aligns with company goals Target specific markets in the Northern and Northeastern zones to increase logistics service sales through both asset-based operations and brokerage services Manage and facilitate client relationships across all internal departments including: contracts, quoting, customer service, planning, operations, claims, invoicing, and collections Conduct quarterly meetings to review annual targets set by sales management Share professional ideas to support a culture of continuous improvement and positivity Maintain and nurture corporate accounts to ensure strong long-term relationships Provide insight on potential carrier partners to support quoting processes and strengthen bid performance Additional Responsibilities Perform other sales-related tasks or projects as delegated by management Requirements Fluency in English (spoken and written) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure Own a reliable vehicle suitable for travel Valid U.S. visa High willingness to travel regularly Experience Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or transportation services. -Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura 2 años de experiencia Idiomas: Inglés Disponibilidad de viajar: Si Palabras clave: region, demarcacion, localidad, ventas, cambaceo, sales, consultant, consultor, logistica
