Job Purpose The role of the Oracle EBS Support Analyst is to provide exceptional support for mission-critical Oracle E-Business Suite and APEX applications as part of our global customer support team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting and supporting across Oracle EBS modules for our global manufacturing facilities. Hope Global operates a single, global instance of Finance and Discrete Manufacturing modules on release 12. The role requires skills to document requirements, diagnose; then develop, test, package and deliver fixes for such issues in a complex, integrated in a custom and standard-configured environment. This position operates out of Leon, Mexico. On-site preferred, hybrid acceptable Job Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience. • English advanced • This position operates out of Leon, Mexico. On-site preferred, hybrid acceptable. • 5+ years of relevant Oracle E-Business Suite experience, including R12. • 5+ years relevant Oracle APEX experience. • 5+ years of direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment. • Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application. • Experience with Oracle EBS SCM Modules: Purchasing, Inventory and Order Management. • Finance desirable. • Preferred: manufacturing experience, particularly in textile and automotive assembly sectors. Desired Qualifications • Knowledge of Power Apps and AI Solutions desirable. Responsibilities • Implementing and customizing Oracle EBS and Apex applications to meet business requirements. • Creating PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions based on business requirements. • Developing and maintaining BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports and optimizing SQL performance. • Implementing and customizing Oracle EBS and Apex applications to meet business requirements. • Solve internal customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on mid and expert knowledge of Oracle EBS applications functionality and technology. • Work closely with users to understand their needs, support business change, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience. • Provide remote-based functional support & training for multiple EBS modules, globally. • Support client customizations, sharing implementation and best practices advice. • Develop application break fixes and workarounds for critical product defects. • Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivity. • Develop upon legacy reporting and set a new framework in place to retire obsolete technology and reports. • Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the user experience. • Implementing and customizing Oracle EBS and Apex applications to meet business requirements. • Creating PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions based on business requirements. • Developing and maintaining BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports and optimizing SQL performance.
