En Med Rent estamos en búsqueda de un Ejecutivo de Telemarketing orientando al contacto telefónico y digital de alto nivel. El objetivo principal del rol es ejecutar prospección y reactivación outbound de cuentas comerciales, aplicando venta consultiva de insumos y tecnología médica a especialistas y administradores hospitalarios. Responsabilidades Principales Prospección y contactación en frio: Realizar contacto directo mediante llamadas estratégicas a potenciales clientes , clientes inactivos o con potencial de recompra para identificar necesidades. Gestión Omnicanal y Automatización: Controlar y dar seguimiento oportuno a prospectos a través de herramientas de automatización conversacional e integración con CRM/ERP. Venta Cruzada y Negociación: Interactuar con médicos y tomadores de decisión hospitalarios para asegurar la recompra de tecnología e insumos médicos. Requisitos Mínimos Experiencia previa: 1 a 2 años en posiciones de Telemarketing, contactación en frio, Retención Comercial, Venta Cruzada. Habilidades de Comunicación: Alta habilidad para conectar telefónicamente, persuasión, negociación consultiva y manejo eficaz de objeciones. Dominio Tecnológico: Experiencia operando en su día a día herramientas CRM/ERP (Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo o afines) y sistemas de mensajes/conversaciones masivas.
